Accommodation

A diverse range of accommodation facilities is available at Curtin University, Perth, on-campus. On-campus accommodation will give you a new experience to transform your lives. You will enjoy studying in a safe space, socializing, and living.  Included in your weekly rent are electricity, gas, and water alongside on-site parking and an off-peak gym membership. For Curtin students wi-fi is free and you won’t need to pay a bond or security deposit.

The on-campus accommodation is fully furnished and it is very easy to apply. Here are some of the accommodation facilities provided on-campus. 

Erica Underwood House

Erica Underwood House provides convenient accommodations that are closer to restaurants and shops. The rent starts from $226 per week.

Vickery House

This house offers fully-furnished six to eight-bedroom units on the south-east boundary of Curtin Perth. The rent starts from  $226 per week.

Guild House

Guild House is located opposite Curtin Stadium. This house has six to four bedrooms including double rooms.

Kurrajong Village

It is located on the west side of campus across Waterford Plaza shopping center. Limited double rooms are available. The rent starts from $172 per week.

The main campus at Curtin Perth boasts 116 hectares of bold architecture nestled amongst beautifully landscaped gardens. Thousands of students fill the campus grounds every day of the semester, creating a vibrant, multicultural atmosphere. Over the past decade, the campus has undergone some major changes, with a variety of stunning modern buildings now interspersed with the original 1960s architecture. The majority of Curtin courses are delivered on this campus.
