Curriculum
In the first year, students will learn about the opportunities a career in Hospitality can offer, how to produce healthy food and vary recipes for customers with special dietary needs. You will also learn about Food Safety and what it takes to become a chef.
Students will be expected to undertake a period of work experience during the course in a restaurant or hotel.
