Intakes
Entry Requirements
1. STPM
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00 with grades BBB, ABC, or AAC in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics or Mathematics (minimum grade B in Chemistry).
- Malaysian students must obtain at least a grade C in BM and English at the SPM or equivalent level (except at Degree level).
2. A-LEVEL
- Minimum grades of 3B or 2A1C or 1A1B1C in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics or Mathematics, with at least a B in Chemistry.
- Matriculation / Pre-Pharmacy / Pre-Medicine / Foundation in Science (1-year programme):
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00 with a B in Chemistry.
- Must have passed SPM with at least 5B in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, and one other subject at School Certificate level or equivalent.
3. Diploma
- Minimum CGPA of 3.75 for Diploma in Science (Chemistry, Biology, or Physics) with at least a B in Chemistry;
- OR minimum CGPA of 3.5 for Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Must have passed SPM with at least 5B in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, and one other subject at School Certificate level or equivalent.
4. Bachelor in Science
- Minimum CGPA of 2.75.
5. Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)
- Minimum grade of B4 in 5 subjects, including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and Additional Mathematics or one other subject.
6. International Baccalaureate (IB)
- Minimum score of 30 points with at least 2 science subjects or Mathematics at Higher Level (HL) and 1 science subject at Standard Level (SL).
- Must achieve a minimum score of 4 in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics or Mathematics.
