About
The one-year Foundation in Engineering program at Multimedia University is the preferred path for Malaysian and international students to access engineering courses. Set in a campus environment that enhances preparation for degree studies, the curriculum focuses on foundational engineering subjects, ensuring students build strong analytical and technical skills. The program also emphasizes critical thinking and interpersonal skills, preparing students for success in undergraduate studies and as independent, lifelong learners. Upon completion, students can pursue a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Engineering & Technology (FET) at the Melaka campus or the Faculty of Engineering (FOE) at the Cyberjaya campus.

Entry requirements:
- Pass SPM/O-Level or its equivalent with a
- minimum of Grade C in at least five (5) subjects inclusive of English, Mathematics and one Engineering-related subject;
- Pass UEC with a minimum of Grade B in at least four (4) subjects inclusive of Mathematics, English and one Engineering-related subject;
- Other equivalent qualifications recognized by Malaysian Government.
