Entry Requirements

Undergraduate degree in either Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other cognate subject. A minimum of a second-class honours degree will be expected.

Explore approaches small firms can follow to secure finance to survive and succeed in the hyper-competitive market. Investigate options for financial support including venture capital, angel finance, bank finance, trade credit, financial bootstrapping, and small firm loan guarantee scheme

Corporate Governance in an International Context

Explore a range of perspectives that help understand the interplay between corporate governance, strategy and corporate performance in a range of comparative national and organisational contexts
