Entry Requirements
- STPM / GCE 'A' Level : Minimum 3 principal passes
- UEC : Grade B in 5 subjects, including Mathematics
- SAM / AUSMAT / HSC : An average score of 60%
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or equivalent: Minimum CGPA of 2.67
- Diploma from a recognised institution: Minimum CGPA of 2.00
- Matriculation / Foundation from a recognised instituiton: Minimum CGPA of 2.50
- Other equivalent qualifications: Recognised by the Malaysian Government
