SEGi College’s BA (Hons) Early Years Education is designed with employability in mind, incorporating practical experience where students engage in placements at least twice a week.

This degree is developed by an experienced team of academics and industry professionals from the University of Greenwich, which has a strong tradition in teacher training. The programme is delivered by SEGi College’s team, who possess extensive industry experience and ensure that this internationally developed curriculum is effectively applied within the local context.

Students will gain a deep understanding of the core values of the early years workforce. The curriculum covers key areas such as child cognition, health and wellbeing, policy review, and best practices in early childhood education. Additionally, the programme emphasizes the importance of fostering child development through strong family partnerships. The ultimate objective is to cultivate future leaders in early education who can drive positive change in the sector.
