Academic Requirements

SPMV/SPM/‘O’ Levels (Arts/Science stream): Pass with a minimum of 3 Credits (‘C’ grade for O-Level).

SKM/SKK: Pass SKM/SKK Level 3 in a related field AND Pass SPM with a minimum of 1 credit.

Level 3 (MQF):

Pass Community College Certificate (Level 3 MQF) in a related field AND Pass SPM with a minimum of 1 subject.
OR -
Pass Community College Certificate (Level 3 MQF) with CGPA 2.0 in a related field.

UEC (Commerce/Science stream): Pass with a minimum grade ‘B’ in 3 subjects.

STPM: Pass with a minimum ‘C’ grade (CGPA 2.0) in 1 subject.

STAM: Pass with Magbul grade.

A-Level: Minimum Grade ‘D’ in 1 subject.

SAM: Minimum average of 50% in 5 subjects.

CPU: Minimum average of 50% in 6 subjects.

Other qualifications deemed equivalent to SPM/O-Level by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency: Minimum average of 50%.
Art Requirement

All applicants must pass Art Education, Engineering Drawing, or a related subject at SPM/O-Level or equivalent.
OR -
Pass a Portfolio Review in replacement of the art subject if applicable.
The general rule applies to both local and foreign applicants.
Recognition
Upon successfully completing the Diploma programme, students will gain:

Direct entry into Year 2 (Semester 3) of the Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Interior Architecture at UCSI University.
