Curriculum
Level 1: Scots private law; public law; legal systems and study; criminal law.
Level 2: Commercial law; legal information technology; evidence; European Union law; 2 non law modules from the chosen theme pathway.
Level 3: Property law and conveyancing; jurisprudence; legal skills, taxation and two law options and one non-law theme module. Law options include housing and social welfare law, the innocence project, employment law, communications law and regulation, e-law and health care law and ethics.
Level 4: Honours dissertation combined with law options and non-law theme modules; law options include competition law; international trade law; public international law; human rights law; evidence and forensic investigation; international economic law; administrative justice and contemporary issues in delict.
