The course aims to critically analyse the following areas: the internationalisation of financial markets and the products they provide; the emergence of new markets and market collapses; the functions of a corporate treasury department in a transnational company; global corporate governance and ethical issues; strategic investment decisions and the analysis of risk in long term investment decisions; investment analysis; performance measurement and financial performance indicators in a global setting; ethics and investment policies.
